Terms and conditions of use

By accessing to the website www.africallshop.com and other websites that are managed by AfriCallShop or using the AfriCallShop services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by our Terms of conditions of use including Policy Privacy featured on this page. If you do not agree with our terms of use, you must not activate or use the AfriCalShop Services. AfriCallShop may, without notice, renew, amend or correct conditions. If you continue to use AfriCallShop Services, you agree to such revisions.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

If you reside in a jurisdiction where it is forbidden by law to offer or use Internet telephony (VoIP), you can not enter into this Agreement.

SERVICES AfriCallShop

Username or password

You agree to provide current and complete true, accurate, in all fields marked as mandatory when you register and any additional information provided by you or bug you. During the registration process, you must choose a password required to access and use the Services AfriCallShop. The Services AfriCallShop aire available only with your user name and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account.

Unauthorized Use / Stolen

If your device is stolen or if you become aware of any unauthorized use of the Services AfriCallShop, you must notify us immediately to suspend your services. Suspension and interruption

AfriCallShop has the right, without liability, to refuse, restrict, limit, suspend and / or interfere or interrupt the AfriCallShop Services or any part thereof, without notice to you. In addition, at any time AfriCallShop may prevent the use of the Services AfriCallShop for any reason including but not limited to fraudulent calling phenomena, excessive usage, billing irregularities and unlawful use.

Communication

The content of the communication is entirely the responsibility of the person from which such content originated. You can be exposed to content that is offensive, harmful, indecent or otherwise objectionable. AfriCallShop is not responsible for any type of communication spread by means of the Services AfriCallShop.

No emergency calls

The Services AfriCallShop do not and are not intended for the transmission or emergency call relay.

PAYMENT, PRICING AND ACCOUNTS

Payment
No payment is automatic. Payments are made manually and with your consent. We will not be liable for payments made on our website by a user other than yourself.

VAT
AfriCallShop is required by law to charge VAT on all transactions by residents of a country where VAT is payable.

Pricing
The Rates for the Services AfriCallShop are published on the website (www.africallshop.com). AfriCallShop reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. If you do not wish to accept such adjustment of rates, you have the right to close your account. You agree that by continuing to use the Services AfriCallShop, following adjustment of rates, you accept such adjustments.

Charges for roaming
You can pay additional charges are your responsibility if you connect to the Services AfriCallShop via a third party provider that charges you for services not included in the Services AfriCallShop. AfriCallShop is not responsible for third-party providers that charge fees for anything.

Reimbursement
You can request a refund by sending a written in English or French customer service to support@africallshop.com request. All payments older than 30 days are non-refundable.

Account and invoice
AfriCallShop can optionally provide a historical account to the extent possible (history of 3 months). For inquiries, contact the support service to support@africallshop.com.
In addition, when you make a successful credit purchase, an invoice for your purchase you have transmitted automatically by email. This email is your AfriCallShop invoice.

Accounting errors
If you think AfriCallShop applied charges to your account in error, you must submit a written English or French refund by contacting customer service to support@africallshophop.com within 90 days of the date on which the request error appears for the first time in the history of your Account.

Expiration of credits
A credit balance for the Services on the Account expires 12 months after the last activity of the Services. Credit balances that are not used within the said 12 months day period will be lost.

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

Termination of the Services AfriCallShop
If you breach any obligations to us, or if you fail to perform any commitment made by our Terms of Use, or if you are subject to any insolvency, liquidation or similar law procedure, you will in default and we may, without notice to you, suspend AfriCallShop Services.

Limitation of Liability
AfriCallShop is not responsible for the acts or omissions of another Provider, the information provided through your Device, the failure or equipment modification, or causes beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for service outages or limitations or interruptions of service. We are not responsible for any accidents or incidents that result from use of the Services AfriCallShop by you or any other person.
