Data deletion
Erase your AfriCallShop data
You can erase your personal data (call history, contacts, transactions) while keeping your account, directly from the iOS or Android app. If you no longer have access to the app, use the form at the bottom of this page.
From the app
This is the fastest way — your data is wiped immediately, your account stays active.
iPhone / iPad
- Open the AfriCallShop app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Erase my data.
- Confirm. Your personal data is erased; your account stays active and usable.
Android
- Open the AfriCallShop app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Erase my data.
- Confirm. Your personal data is erased; your account stays active and usable.
What gets erased
Call history
All your past calls and their metadata.
SMS history
Messages sent and received from the app.
Contacts
Contacts imported or manually added.
Preferences
Settings, language, notification preferences.
What is kept
Your account, sign-in credentials and balance stay intact. You can keep using AfriCallShop normally.
No longer have access to the app?
Send us an erasure request — we process requests within 7 business days and email you a confirmation once the data is erased.
