Account deletion

Delete your AfriCallShop account

You can permanently delete your AfriCallShop account directly from the iOS or Android app. If you no longer have access to the app, use the form at the bottom of this page.

From the app

This is the fastest way — deletion is immediate and permanent.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open the AfriCallShop app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

Android

  1. Open the AfriCallShop app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

Your identity

Name, email, phone number, password.

Your usage data

Call history, SMS, top-ups and purchases.

Your contacts

Contacts added inside the app.

Your balance

Any remaining credit is removed with the account — use it up first.

No longer have access to the app?

Send us a deletion request — we process requests within 7 business days and email you a confirmation once the account is removed.
